Job Description
1. Provide call support for BDP systems. Provide end-user with a great customer service will provide guidance, and solutions to application issues.
2. To successfully work as part of a team of application support, quality assurance (testing), training and reporting analysts in the high-quality delivery of all the IT
services outlined in this job specification.
3. To help further develop and provide outstanding business application support for BDP's internal and external customers.
4. To help further develop and provide an outstanding quality assurance (software testing) program to ensure high-quality IT deliverables to BDP's internal and external
customers.
5. To help provide business process analysis in support of reporting issue/problem resolution as well as in support of IT projects in conjunction with BDP's Corporate
Training team.
6. To help develop and provide comprehensive training program for BDP's business applications to BDP's internal and external customers.
7. To help provide various technical administrative and maintenance support for BDP's business applications.

Job Requirements
- Possesses 3 to 5 years of help desk support experience required, supply chain management, transportation and/or logistics (either as a practitioner, a consultant or in IT).
- 2 - 3 years of experience using BDP Legacy Applications, Web Applications and ERP Systems (i.e., Java. XML, SAP, Baan, JD Edwards, etc.)Would be a plus.
- Possess excellent, strong organizational, analytical skills and strong communication skills (formal and informal, Oral and written).
- Good ability to interface well with desk-level, mid-level and senior management personnel both internally to BDP as well as in customer and partner organizations.
- Possess a good and/or working proficiency in all the following PC office software applications: MS Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (Visio a plus).
- Be adaptive, flexible with respect to work schedule.
- Significant Freight Forwarding./Logistics business knowledge, presentation skills for training
- Driven individual, with the ability to work as a team and partake as a team player.
