- Have a strong understanding of agriculture fundamentals of Palm Oil, which includes the crop risks and economics of the product, inbound logistics & storage development
- Strong database of and relationship with the Palm Oil players / traders / brokers / bank in the market.
- Keep up with the current and future industry growth.
- Holistic understanding of the value chain.
- Lead the company's commitment towards transparent and sustainable sourcing strategies.
- Ensure enough supply of palm oil to the region by accelerating and expanding the reach to the majority players, be it big or small.
- Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering or a related field from Tier 1 universities.
- Strong understanding of palm oil sustainability requirements, including transparency and traceability to plantations
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with good track record, especially in origination
- Well developed influencing skills and is able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong written and communication skills
