- Develop quarterly business plans/strategy that will drive revenue
- Identify, acquire and grow merchants GMV
- Lead cross functional efforts to achieve and deliver on the companies targets and strategy
- Work closely with product, marketing, and business teams on go-to-market strategy for various DANA product and business portfolio
- Must have at least 1 years of experience in tech, 3-5 years in sales/partnership
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a must
- Experience managing teams
- Strong business acumen and logical thinking
- Accustomed to the fast pace of the tech industry and able to problem-solve and deliver fast
- Excellent project management skills and organizational agility
- Able to lead without authority in complex multi-stakeholder coordination
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Track record of delivering on KPIs
