- Analyze financial and credit assessments in determining financial structure in accordance with applicable credit parameters and policies (Analysis - Debt Sizing & Financial).
- Implementing the financing structure for customers by implementing due diligence as well as analyzing and assessing the credit approval process (Mandate Letter & Draft Term Sheet).
- Implementing and managing the development of market intelligence analysis in order to contribute to the Corporate Banking business.
- Provide solutions related to the financing structure in solving problems by considering risk factors and coordinating with related units.
- Minimum 4 years working experiences within corporate banking, investment banking, corporate finance or advisory function.
- Have an understanding of Financial and Credit Reports.
- Familiar with APLMA Term Sheet & Agreement Format.
- Have a network with Lawyer and international banks.
- Fluent in English (both oral & written) & have good presentation skills.
- Has quite a lot of deals in Non Usual Deals/Syndication (Acquisition, Project Finance, Bridge Loan, Repackage/Refinance, Leverage Recap, Share Backed Financing, Any Bond/Equity/Corporate Action related).
- Strong logical and financial analytical skill.
- Has ability to build complex financial model.
- Bachelor or Master degree from Economic, Accounting, Finance or related major from reputable university.
- Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Has been exposed to Project Finance, Merger & Acquisition, Capital Market related transaction.
- CFA (min Level 1) is preferred
