Job Description
- Implementation of processes and checks for Indirect Taxes in Indonesia
- All Indonesian and international tax topics towards external and internal stakeholders
- Definition of processes and interfaces between departments
- Coordination of tax audits in Indonesia and contact person for tax authorities and external advisors
- Transfer Pricing: Support in the preparation of TP documentation
- Advice on new business models in accordance with group policies
- Support in contract negotiations
- Governance function for all direct and indirect tax compliance topics for all Indonesia legal entities and its foreign permanent establishment / warehouses
- Governance role regarding international transactions (e.g., withholding taxes, permanent establishments, TP)
- Governance role with respect to personal income tax topics (e.g., deduction on salaries of employees)
- Coordinate all Indonesia Tax Incentives
- Completed studies in Accountancy / Business Administration or Law (focus tax law), ideally CTA
- At least 2 years professional experience in the tax area in Big4 Company or in MNC
- Additional experience in international taxation is preferred
- Some experience in dealing with tax authorities
- Profound knowledge of business processes, accounting, IT (especially SAP, Microsoft Office)
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, additional knowledge of an ASEAN language is a plus
- Good communication skills, persuading and convincing personality
- Reliability, sense of responsibility, high commitment/dedication
- Willing to travel within Indonesia
