- Hold Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from reputable university.
- Have min. 7 years experience as QS Engineer in Construction with experience in ODA (Official Development Assistance) Project.
- Conversational level English (for reporting).
- Good understanding and application of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007.
- Hardworking, good analytical skills, good interpersonal skill, good work ethics.
- Preferably experienced in MRT project.

- Count all kind of Civil/Architect work quantity/volume.
- Check work volume on site.
- Check Sub contractor work opname.
- Prepare Monthly Progress Report arrangement.
- Prepare Monthly Cost Control Report data arrangement.
- Check environment condition and mention it in monthly progress report.
- Other responsibilities as needed.
