- Financial planning & analysis, including Tokopedia business plan and forecasting
- Growth & strategy deep dive (project base) i.e on cost simulation, user profiling enhancement
- Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Analyze the trends of Objective Key Results (OKR), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margin
- Monitor OKRs, and identify the cause of any unexpected variances
- Ad-hoc business performance reporting
- Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departments
- Implement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports
- Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives
- Have experience in FP&A / Consulting background / Financial services analyst (i.e equity research analyst) /Corporate strategy/corporate development
- Support management team and the heads of various business units and functions with data-driven analysis & have experience leading and managing team
- Preferred Background from consulting background, analyst, corporate strategy and corporate development, engineering
- Have strong experience in doing budgeting
- Minimum 3 years experience
