That's why we need a high-performing Head of Commercial to join our team and help us grow our APAC market share.
Requirements:
At Cadmus, we're doing a lot of great work rapidly to create a profound impact on our world through the power of education. With Cadmus currently being used in 50+ countries, we're looking for an experienced Head of Commercial who is passionate about driving sales in a fast-growth environment.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, our Head of Commercial will:
- Identify and qualify potential new leads in the higher education market to drive company growth.
- Gathering valuable market intelligence and feedback from potential customers to improve our products, services and sales strategy.
- Exceed sales targets and quotas by closing deals and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Build long-term relationships with customers through excellent service and understanding their needs to secure repeat business.
- Working with our Head of New Partnerships to close deals with educational institutions to generate revenue for the company.
- You have 5+ years of experience working for a global market-leading technology or education technology company, startup or unicorn.
- You have 3+ years of experience in enterprise sales, management consulting, business development or growth.
- You have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Psychology or an equivalent from a leading university.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to effectively communicate in English with potential customers, including giving presentations, negotiating deals and building relationships.
- Strategic thinking with an ability to think strategically and understand the bigger picture of a potential deal, including the customer's needs, budget, and decision-making process.
- Problem-solving with an ability to identify and solve problems that may arise during the sales process, such as objections or roadblocks.
- Networking with an ability to build and maintain a genuine network of contacts within the industry, including potential customers and partners.
- Business acumen with a strong understanding of sales concepts, techniques, and strategies, and an ability to apply them to achieve success in enterprise sales.
