The team is in charge for value proposition to the customer. The activity within the team includes Product Development, Pricing, Product Implementation, Product Management, and Business Development. The team is working closely marketing, distribution, and finance to achieve its objective.
Job Qualifications
Required:
- Has at least 6 years of experience as Pricing, Project, or Business Development Actuary.
- Has Actuarial Certificate (nearly qualified or qualified Actuary)
- Fluent in English and Bahasa.
Focus on maximize new business value through managing product portfolio and pursuing new business opportunity.
About the role
- Recommend proposition strategy and pipeline through collecting proposition ideas and data (including cost-benefit analysis and market/industry data).
- Coordinate key proposition projects including tactical initiatives (eg. contests and promotions), simplification projects, M&As and other strategic business projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to price and design competitive and customer-centric products outside of “BAU” or existing pipeline.
- Communicating to senior management on industry landscape, proposition strategy, pipeline and pricing, including rationale, risks and practical implementation.
- Drive and coordinate for new strategic business activity.
