- LMS administrator
- admin Register new joiner to LMS
- Make group for MT and new joiner in LMS
- Input training materials (Test,OJT booklet,VBT)
- Contact new joiner for online training schedule and details
- Schedule first day classroom in outlet for new joiner
- Compile complaint data from CE for MT training purposes
- Liaise with new joiner to answer questions
- Remind SM & New Joiner to fill OJT Booklet
- Compile and organize "Hangry Academy button" usage and align with finance team
- Candidates prior experience administration
- Great communication skill
- Min. Education D3
- Able to operate google workspace, especially Google Slides, Google Form, and Google Sheet
- Attention to detail and well organized
- Could be working in a fast-paced environtment, be able to work as a team and have a good attitude
