Manufacturing Organization in Indonesia Supply Chain organization to look after the Governance initiatives and implementations delivered and implemented in manufacturing operations properly to comply with Diageo Global and local government regulations
About the Role
This position is based in Bali reporting to Engineering Manager.
Operate all relevant machinery, tools, and equipment and undertake standard and complex production tasks safely and in accordance with instructions.
Set up or adjust equipment according to manufacturing specifications.
Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
Maintain accurate daily utility records so that manufacturing Energy performance can be analyzed.
Managing the utility equipment & activity to deliver good service (steam, compressed air, process water, cooling water) to the production plant.
Do the redesign, reverse engineering for purposes of design optimization, material usage and cost reduction.
Managing all utility equipment to deliver good service (steam, compressed air, process water, cooling water) to the production plant.
Experience required/Skills/Capabilities/Languages
Degree in Engineering
Strong in analytical and problem solving skill
Computer literate
Able to lead or work effectively in cross functional teams.
Able to work within different cultures, religions, and languages.
