About the Senior HR Manager Role:
Reporting to the HR Director, this position is responsible for the company's human resources strategy, framework and systems, ensuring they are aligned with the business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic human resources leadership to the executive management and the human resources functions in the operations
- Lead the change management process to reorganise the organisation
- Drive transformation throughout the organisation
- Foster sound relationships between management and internal stakeholders
Key Requirements:
- Experience leading the HR function for a company
- Strong analytical and business acumen skills
- Strong exposure in compensation and benefit is an advantage
- Excellent communication ability, both verbal and written
- Excellent stakeholder management skill
- Solid knowledge of human resources best practices and statutory requirements
