Job Description
- Maintaining records of all General Affairs-related documents (invoices, receipts, and other related documents) to be submitted to the Finance Officer
- Interface with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions
- Procurement/inventory control of office stationaries and pantry supplies
- Maintenance asset office
- Record keeping of General Affairs’s assets (e.g workstation labels, desktops/laptops, labels, etc.)
- Maintaining a proper filing system
- Fresh graduate from a reputable university
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel / Sheets, Powerpoint / Slides, and Word / Docs
- High attention to detail
- Good English communication oral and written is a MUST
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
