About the role

We are delighted to announce that we have an opportunity for a driven and energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our friendly, professional and supportive team in Indonesia.

Based in either our offices in Jakarta or Balikpapan, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will focus on recruiting roles for our Manufacturing & Mining Services businesses in Indonesia. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will source, attract and guide candidates throughout the entire recruiitment lifecycle, ensuring a personalised candidate experience and a seamless hiring manager experience.

The role will work very closely with our Talent & Sourcing teams across Australia and Asia. The successful candidate will expect quality training, continued support, a healthy salary and an annual bonus.

What you will be doing
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment including talent pooling based on the regional sourcing strategy;
  • Proactively build pipelines and manage passive candidates in critical talent segments;
  • Managing all steps of the talent acquisition process including attraction, sourcing, screening, selection, and assessment;
  • Providing advice on sourcing and candidate attraction strategies, partnering with HRBP's and business leaders;
  • Supporting and advising business stakeholders on the assessment & selection framework, encouraging equitable hiring decisions;
  • Executing targeted campaigns and projects in response to business needs;
  • Focusing hiring strategies around diversity and inclusion, ensuring we remove unconscious bias from our hiring process.
What you will bring
  • Minimum 3 years' of demonstrated Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within the mining or manufacturing sectors;
  • Experience in continuous improvement and pro-active approach to resourcing solutions;
  • Knowledge of the Australian mining sector is highly advantageous, but not essential;
  • Ability to plan, influence & execute;
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
