- Support and maintain the smooth performance of the Main Kitchen
- Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all pastry items are according to recipes and standards
- Monitor the quality of food prepared and served throughout the shift
- Monitor stock movement and be responsible for ordering properly
- Follow safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Experienced in a 1-2 years culinary as a Chef de Partie in Pastry
- Discipline, good attitude and self motivated
- Good communication and able to work in a team
- Ability to multi-task, work well in high-pressure situations
- Responsive and proactive
- Knowledge about hygiene and HACCP
