  • Support and maintain the smooth performance of the Main Kitchen
  • Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all pastry items are according to recipes and standards
  • Monitor the quality of food prepared and served throughout the shift
  • Monitor stock movement and be responsible for ordering properly
  • Follow safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Work Experience
  • Experienced in a 1-2 years culinary as a Chef de Partie in Pastry
  • Discipline, good attitude and self motivated
  • Good communication and able to work in a team
  • Ability to multi-task, work well in high-pressure situations
  • Responsive and proactive
  • Knowledge about hygiene and HACCP
