About the Legal Manager Role:
The Legal Manager is responsible for protecting and supporting the company's business, innovations and assets by designing and ensuring a robust business advisory and preparing a structure agreement and management of the business, including providing best consultancy and advice business and legal structure and business projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Primarily responsible for managing and overseeing the Company's site legal functions for its mining operations
- Manage approximately
- Management and budgeting of the legal department
- Training for employees
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university
- At least 15 years of work experience as a practising lawyer or as in-house counsel and managing team of lawyers/in-house counsels
- Mining and forestry experience will be an advantage
- Indonesian Advocate License
- Experience in various aspects of site legal operations (operational permit, compliance, litigation, land compensation related matters and managing Legal deptartment's budget)
- Readiness to be placed in our mine-site Paser, East Kalimantan, with a roster of five weeks on-site and two weeks off (leave will be fully accommodated to PoH)
