- Define, plan and execute marketing campaigns across social platforms like Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
- Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
- Identifying and explorations of insights and trends by leveraging data, and building and monitoring social media dashboards for reporting
- Overseeing community responses and ensuring timely, supportive engagement
- Works with other departments to develop social media timelines aligning with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
- Demonstrable experience in handling multiple accounts across social media channels
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa and English
- Ability to develop clear & concise documentation
- Spot challenges, trends, and opportunities (including but not limited to technology, regulations, and business) to formulate a social media implementation strategy
- You have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and can think outside the box to proactively provide the right solution
- You have a keen eye for detail
- You are hands-on, independent, self-motivated, and a fast learner
