About the Head of Marketing and Communication (Financial Services) Role:
For this role, you need to have exposure working in insurance, banking, and/or advertising company. A good communication in English is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Helping to identify the strategy and push the strategy into a successful marketing and branding tools for the company
- Building brand awareness to drive revenue and building the successful relationships
- Providing crisis communications assistance, ensuring information to the public and community is displayed correctly and effectively with the best opportunities for providing business
Key Requirements:
- Degree holder with 5 - 10 years' experience preferably with insurance, marketing, branding and media background
- Strong leadership, problem solving and communications. Able to negotiate and deal effectively with people and partners
- Knowledge of the markets, strong people management skills, mature individual who is organised, independent, good team player and very dynamic
- Strong business acumen and strategy, high energy and drive to succeed
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
