- Monitor and do reconciliation for any discrepancies shown among reports (production/holistic, bank statement, manual listing, accounting system, taxation report etc)
- Organize a filing system (both for documents and soft copies file) that is easily accessible.
- Represent a summary of differences in a clear manner to represent the proposed journal adjustment.
- Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office operations.
- Complies to hybrid working arrangement (3 days of mandatory WFO) per week
- Have strong time management skills with the ability to work without distraction.
- Must have completed introductory accounting courses and have a basic understanding of financial principles.
- Aptitude for math, proficiency with computers, excel and google sheets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
- Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.
