About the role
Responsible for leading the Bontang E&I Planning to ensure that Maintenance work is completed safely and efficiently, achieve the specified Plant Reliability targets and deliver the Continuous Improvement of the Maintenance Planning System.
What you will be doing
- Ensure work is performed following safety guidelines to ensure health and wellbeing of employees.
- Deliver maintenance work is performed in accordance with Continues Manufacturing ORICA KPI standards
- Develop & monitor an optimized maintenance work execution plan to meet safety, cost, quality and schedule targets using the approved process of maintenance and operation strategy
- Manage the implementation of plant SAP Modification changes related with asset Management Strategy
- Interact effectively with cross-functional team members and external stakeholders at various levels of responsibility
- Rapid response to all breakdowns, or imminent failures that could affect quality or production and recording downtime.
- Co-ordinate maintenance work execution plan and schedule with Reliability/Maintenance Senior Supervisor & Process Planner to ensure optimum, efficient and on target completion of work.
- Preventive Maintenance and Standard Job Plan Development by SAP Maintenance Item, Maintenance Plant, Task List, Task List Operation, etc
- Contribute actively with Operation team, engineers, and technicians in conducting a reliability study or investigation of problems that arise in the equipment or systems in the plant.
- Engineer or Diploma in Electrical/Instrument or equivalent
- Min 5 years post qualification experience in EI Facilitation/Planning, at least 5 years post trade qualification experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical industry, or similar industries in the operations/maintenance/project of EI systems
- Extensive experience with chemical plant equipment and maintenance
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills including Root Cause Analysis
- Good computer skills to enable use of site Maintenance Package, DMS, Outlook, Microsoft project, etc.
- Knowledge of Company and Statutory procedures and Standards such as SH&E, AS 3000 etc.
- SAP PM or equivalent CMMS planning experience
