- Minimum Bachelor degree in Law, Psychology or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 year of working experience in Manufacturing Company, and minimum 5 years as Manager.
- Must be fluent in Japanese and English with business level skills.
- Having handled minimum 1 Union.
- Having handled external affairs such as to local residents, to government sectors, etc.
- Skilled in industrial relation, organization development, health and safety management, performance analysis, general affair.
- Willing to work in East Karawang.
- Having Ahli K3 Umum certification is preferred.

- HR General duties including strategic function and administration.
- Performance appraisal/analysis.
- HSE - Health Management, Improvement of work environment, zero accident management.
- General Affair - Purchase, operation/asset management, and disposal.
- Organization development and Training management.
- Industrial relation - handle union and external affairs.
- Other duties as assigned.
