Job Responsibilities:
- Establish a production machine maintenance strategy per year
- Determine the allocation and man power in the Engineering Department
- Create, check and evaluate daily machine check lists
- Make SOPs and Work Instructions for the implementation of maintenance and repair of machines
- Evaluate machine performance based on downtime data
- Evaluate the need for machine spare parts
- Apply for additional and/or replacement of manpower to the direct supervisor and HRGA Dept.
- Evaluate the work of the SPV, Admin and Operator Engineering.
- Submit a request for the need for spare parts to support the performance of the Dept. Engineering.
- Request a report on the results of checking the machine.
- Coordinate with the Dept. Production to schedule regular machine maintenance.
- Create a schedule of work and evaluation of scheduled work.
- As a coordinator in the implementation of SOP, 5R, K3, and trouble shooting.
