Job Description

  • Review MEP Bill of Quantities and make it in different packages of direct supply items and sub-contracting works
  • Carrying out pre-qualification of bidders for each packages as per defined procedure
  • Prepare, issue and manage the Request for Proposal/ Tender Invitation for several packages
  • Carrying out bidding process by taking lead and involving all concerned departments, including arranging clarification meetings with bidders, making Minutes of Meetings of clarification meetings, ensuring scope of work are defined to avoid any loophole of variations, etc.
  • Managing the payments of each orders/ contract as per defined systems and procedures
  • Coordination with Site team to get updated about any issues related to Suppliers/ Sub-contractors
Market leader|Attractive salary package
  • At least 5 years of working experience in construction company
  • Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent
  • Knowledgeable in laws and regulations regarding taxes and company regulations
  • Strong in leadership and negotiation skills
  • Excellent English communication skill is a MUST
