- Plan and organize marketing activities for medical devices, including exhibitions, product launches, roadshows, webinars, KOL meeting, workshops, etc.
- Measure and improve on the successes of the marketing campaigns
- Develop marketing strategies, advertising, and promotional programs within the product line and marketing function
- Responsible for driving product marketing strategies consistent with overall business objectives
- Collect important market information by conducting surveys, interviews, research, etc; systematically compile the data for presentations
- Work closely with the commercialization team to convert leads into sales
- At least 5 years' experience in the marketing function for medical devices (preferred)
- Previous experience in the Ophthalmology space (strongly preferred)
- A Bachelor's degree and above (preferred)
- The ability to work independently across teams on complex projects
- 20% travel time
