- Hold Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Has min. 3 years working experience in Production and at least 5 years in handling Maintenance (equipment/machines).
- Has min. 5 years experience as a Coordinator/Supervisor in Instrumentation/Electrical Machinery industry is preferred.
- Able to read drawings.
- Excellent in preparing production budget.
- Business level English.
- Excellent in operating Ms. Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Candidate must have management and leadership skill.
- Willing to work in Cikarang.
- Experience in Japanese Grease/Lubricant Manufacturing company.
- Able to speak Japanese.

- Control and monitor the production process
- Control manufacturing Instruction sheet of Manufacturing process
- Handle non-conforming process
- Input shop floor and Macola registration
- Handle in-line process
- Create and manage production standard cost and performance.
- Create all standard documents and records in production process.
- Assist to trial production of new products.
- Maintain all the production machines and equipment.
- Create and monitor schedule and review result for preventive maintenance.
