- Conduct research to find out the types of furniture products and report it on the BOD regularly.
- Identify the strategy for wood products.
- Together with the Head and BOD, they prepared a comprehensive plan.
- Prepares and manages monthly, quarterly and budgets for the department.
- Responsible for achieving targets in accordance with the plan
- Make a work plan for the team both for the short term (monthly) and also the medium term (quarterly).
- Supervising, evaluating and guiding the performance of the team so that the predetermined targets are achieved.
- Collaborating with the R&D team in the product development by providing information on furniture product trends.
- Work closely with the field team to synchronize monthly production targets with sales plans.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback on products.
- Create weekly, monthly reports for the team regarding updates and also target achievement.
- Lead, motivate, direct and control team activities so that targets are achieved according to plan.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial/Mechanical)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Furniture Company
- Experience in handling technical tendering process in Indonesia and Overseas
- Have an extensive network of relationships in the field of Furniture (Buyer, Fund-er etc.).
- Have the ability to maintain relationships with both old and new buyers.
- Able to compile strategic planning, make development and evaluation of sales plans.
- Have good communication, negotiation and percentage skills.
