About the role
We are looking for a results-driven and confident Financial Controller to improve and lead our accounting operations team.
The ideal candidate should possess sound accounting knowledge, strong analytical skills, exceptional problem solving skills, highly organized and excellent leadership skills.
Responsibilities : * Manage and responsible for preparing and submission of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Evaluate and analyze financial data to drive financial growth, including participation in budgeting processes.
- Manage financial transaction and its proper accounting treatments.
- Work with other stakeholders to develop best in class solution for new product or features while ensuring proper accounting treatment and processes are adhered.
- Monitor and manage internal control as well as risks related to financial positions
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and accounting as well as tax standards
- Streamline accounting function and operations
- Coordinate audit processes
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or equivalent, Masters degree or accounting body certification is a plus (CPA, CEMA, ACCA etc)
- Auditing or big four experience
- Proficiency in accounting reporting software
- Highly proficient with excel spreadsheet (macros, lookup and pivot tables).
- High attention to detail
- Strong organisational, problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skill
- Self motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects.
