This company is starting to produce phone switches, and now developed into creating the telco network providers which is not only tools, but also the complex service for domestic and international coverage. Their products are reaching more than 170 countries with more than 195,000 employees.
Responsibilities:
- Fully understand about the business requirement by providing comprehensive solutions to support the channel business growth
- Responsible on PAM(Partner Account Manager) or distributor management
- Developing, and recruiting more partners to onboard with company
- Developing long term business plan for partners with the annual joint business plan for improving the business together
- Supporting partners to achieve sales target by conducting resources support to improve the performance
- Analyzing the gap between partner's capabilities and the company business requirements to deliver comprehensive improvement solution.
- Responsible for partner's satisfactions improvement by solving distributor channel daily issues with thorough follow ups
- Having bachelor degree from Telecommunication, Computer, IT or equivalent
- 8+ years working experiences in ICT company
- Having distributor channel business field working experience
- Working experience with Cisco/Juniper/Aruba(HPE network) is preferred.
- Experienced on handling distributor or top system integrator is plus point
- Open for Malaysian and Indonesian nationalities
- Able to communicate in mandarin fluently
