Working within a supportive team, you will be responsible for the financial accounting and regulatory and tax compliance of our legal entities in Jakarta.. The team ensures high standards in deliverables; correct and adequate disclosures and timely submissions of our reporting obligations. You will be responsible for preparing the monthly tax reporting, daily regulatory reporting and monthly regulatory reporting to OJK, IDX and CentralBank.
You will also be maintaining accounting records, including posting journals and coordinating with local colleagues on various tax returns and tax issues. You will also assist the finance team on various ad-hoc requests and projects as necessary.
You will have 3 to 4 years of proven experience within accounting in either a regulated financial institution, a multinational corporation, or an accounting firm. Fluency in English and Indonesia is essential. You will have strong communication skills and a level of confidence in interacting with local and regional businesses. You will have great ability to work independently, as well as being a strong team player.
