Program ini meliputi pelatihan selama 1 tahun mengenai dunia perbankan, auditing, dan pengembangan diri melalui on the job training sebelum memasuki penempatan di BCA. Auditor Internal bertanggung jawab dalam melakukan pemeriksaan unit kerja di BCA dari tahap persiapan hingga pemantauan tindak lanjut hasil audit
- Lulusan S1 dari jurusan Akuntansi/Manajemen/Teknik Industri/jurusan lain yg relevan
- IPK minimal 3.00
- Usia maksimal 24 tahun
- Memiliki kemampuan analisa, komunikasi, kritis & berpikir secara sistematis
- Penempatan di Jakarta
