- Work closely with Product team to ensure that all acceptance criteria is met through testing
- Work closely with Engineers to test and report issues / bugs
- Define test cases from user stories and acceptance criteria
- Conduct both exploratory and scripted testing to make sure product is ready to market
- Combine automated and manual testing to achieve higher software quality
- Record and capture test execution for reporting
- Document and maintain technical documentation to be always up-to-date
- Continuously learn and improve technical capabilities
- Mentor more junior team members
- 0-3 years (junior role) or4+ years (senior role) of experience as a QA analyst or QA engineer working with medium to large projects
- Worked in agile environment and has good grasp of agile cadence
- Experience in defining test scope and profiles
- Good coordination skill to capture bugs, record step-to-reproduce, and work with developers to find solution
- Capability to troubleshoot and capture more information on issues found during test using console and Proxy app, e.g Javascript console, Charles proxy
- Experience in building test case libraries using management tools, e.g Zephyr Scale, TestRail
- Experience in building regression and acceptance test using modern testing frameworks, e.g Cypress, Katalon, Appium, Selenium
- Experience in performance test tools (K6, Locust, Jmeter)
- Understanding in SQL queries is a big plus
