- At least 3 years experience as Building Service Manager
- Max. age 37 years
- Have experience in managing Public Building Operations
- Have experience in Maintenance Building Equipment (Power Supply, AC System, Genset, Lift, Escalator, Fire System, Plumbing System) & Civil Works
Have the ability to compile & work programs/achievements, as well as realize them.
