- Lead the team in the Forestry Industry Project in the area of Ecosystem Restoration, including management of project issues, risks, and change requests to ensure the project will be success on time.
- Having reliable experience in preparing strategic work plans, implementing operational compliance with K3LH for Forestry Industry Projects to ensure the implementation of protocols comply in accordance with environmental aspects.
- Establish a design system and database technology in the management and supervision of Forestry Industry projects.
- Provide advice and guidance to contractors, employees and consultants to ensure industry standards are fulfilled.
- Make important decisions by a process or nature of costs by having external knowledge of costs and availability of materials and contractors/labor applicable to the planning and implementation of Forestry Industry projects.
- Establish effective integration of various construction projects in industrial areas.
- Use international best standards in planning and construction to meet project deadlines and keep costs low and within budget.
- Have the ability to monitor work schedule effectively and take appropriate actions to achieve targets.
- Prepare appropriate reports and presentations for Management and Shareholders.
- Have ability of cost control to plan and implement budgets.
- Negotiate budgets and financial plans with relevant groups and individuals in a manner that builds commitment to the plan.
- Have ability to review cost management issues and identify improvements.
- Lead the departments such as Community, Forestry and Security.
- Having ability to build and develop an organization that is in line with the company's vision and mission, both short term and long term.
- Minimum 15 years' experience in forestry company, conservation and ecosystem restoration.
- More than 10 years' experience in natural resource management.
- Have knowledge of subcontracting management, including project control, configuration management, risk management, schedule and cost control.
- Have strong leadership and organizational, scheduling & time management skills.
- Have ability to work both independently and as a team player and in a fast paced and high pressure environment dependent on concurrent management of project schedules and schedules.
- Have ability to communicate well and work productively with internal and external individuals in design, construction and procurement.
- Have a strong work ethic, professionalism with the ability to work with little supervision, handle multiple tasks in an organized manner, produce quality work and meet tight deadlines, good analytical, conflict resolution, good decision maker.
- Committed to safety and a desire to maintain the operation of the Forestry Industry to international safety standards, and must also be able to clearly demonstrate prior results along with a proactive commitment to safety and compliance with relevant environmental standards.
