YOUR ROLE
- Ensure all process is considered all safety perspective in production based on SHE regulation and Henkel Operation standard
- Drive the safety policy to prevent and eliminate safety incident, identify hazard/risk and fulfill the regulation
- Able to investigate and mitigate safety issue
- Ensure all process is considered all Quality perspective in production and customer requirement oriented
- Ensure all process is considered all productivity perspective in production and customer oriented able to identify bottleneck and directly conduct approaching method to generate solving in form of correction and also preventive action
- Manage change by "management of change" approaching to ensure all changing is handled well
- Able to conduct continuous Improvement (Q,Lean,Safety,saving,etc)
- Able to establish procedure, standard, working instruction and system wise instruction
- Able to represent production department in some necessity. being able to become decision maker
- Being leader and role model for the underline person
- Being function in production department to support the supervisor
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Mathematics and Natural Science
- Must have 1-3 years of experience in the Chemical Industry
- Should be fluent in English
- should be fluent with MS Office
