About the Company:
Our Client is a leading beauty retail company who is seeking to be the largest integrated beauty ecosystem in Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivers integrated communications solutions, creative platforms and executions
- Set the strategic direction and creative vision of the company
- Works closely with the creative department to develop differentiating and original creative concepts and award-winning creative work to impact a client’s business to great effect
- Creatively supports the effective use of technology and its applications to solve business problems
- Leads the creative team through regular work reviews, check-ins, goal planning and training. Mentors direct reports, creates a supportive culture and encourage people to consistently excel
- Ensure brand alignment by partnering with our Product and Marketing teams
- Establish and enforce the company’s brand voice, including tone and visual style, across multiple audiences
- A minimum of 5 years of Graphic Design/Art Director/Visual Communication Designer/Copywriter experience from an advertising agency, creative boutique or any company with a dedicated creative team.
- Ability to write, read and speak fluent English
- Great Attention to Details
- Experience creating and executing digital campaigns while leveraging data to optimize performance
- Able to Leverage performance data to iterate and improve creative executions
- Experience upholding and maintaining brand voice across multiple audiences
- Ability to generate and sell original and innovative ideas that can travel across multiple platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships with the creative team, external contractors, and key stakeholders.
