The purpose of the role is to investigate, analyze and report on information needs and business requirements to develop and execute MMB’s business plan and strategic initiatives. The candidate will lead and participate in strategic projects, be a key member of the strategy team and will have a high level of exposure to stakeholders of health insurance industry.

- Lead research and project team (project includes New Product Development)
- Provide analysis of our portfolio
- Track, report, and analyze on KPIs, i.e. production, retention, yield increase
- Produce Dashboard Report for clients
- Design and create data visualization
- Interact directly with all team leaders in EH&B Department, insurance carriers and clients
- Proven at least four years’ experience in a similar role, ideally at a top-tier management consulting firm, investment bank and/or in a strategy department at a multinational company
- Demonstrates solid analytical and problem solving capabilities
- Proven ability to conduct industry/market research, structure ambiguity and extract key insights
- Exhibits strong written, oral and presentation skills to communicate to various levels within the organization and to partners and corporate clients
- Demonstrates strong project management skills required to influence peers in achievement of goals and objectives
- A keen interest in health insurance industry
- Specific skills in using Microsoft Excel; Access and SQL are preferred
- Resourceful, self-starter, pro-active, an enthusiastic team player, and has a thirst for knowledge
- A university degree in these fields is preferred: mathematics, actuarial science, public health, business administration)
- Prior work experience in the insurance arena, especially Employee Health & Benefits
- AAAK/AAK license from PAMJAKI
- Completion of a few actuarial exams (The Society of Actuaries of Indonesia)
- Knowledgeable and skillful in data visualization tools, especially Tableau Creator.
