About the Account Manager (HealthTech) Role:
The Account Manager leader figure is focusing on maintaining their existing key partners accounts of the company while reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the timely and successful delivery of solutions based on customer's needs and objectives
- Develop and being the primary point of contact to build long-term customer relationships
- Grow and manage partnerships focused on needs and issues
- Work closely with the acquisition team to integrate new clients to develop the relationships
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of three to five years of experience in people leadership level within the related field
- Significant experience in e-commerce environment, especially health-tech background is a plus
- Proven track record of developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies in consumer business in Indonesia
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Results-driven, possesses high initiative and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
