- Minimum Bachelor degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in Finance/Accounting and minimum 2 years as an assistant manager / supervisor / leader.
- Have experience in handling Finance in Property developer / Apartment / Property consultant company.
- Conversational English level skill.

- Analyze and investigate all problem receipt and invoice and work with each department to resolve the discrepancies.
- Reconcile payable and receivable sub ledgers to general ledger monthly.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation for payments and deposits
- Controlling Budget.
- Prepare various finance report (budgets, financial statements, performance report, etc.
- Manage and control cash flow and budget.
- Proactively identify issue and implement process improvements to streamline finance process.
- Assist the finance department head in formulating and reviewing
- Guide and supervise staff.
- Other duties as and when assigned.
- Prepare tax report yearly.
