Procurement Manager role is responsible to work with CM -supply partners to scale up in operations and technology to support the growth agenda. Proactively, developing sourcing strategy in line with market focus, cost and supplier landscape. Benchmarking across CMs and throwing up exploratory opportunities in cost, efficiency, capacity. Benchmarking across competition toothbrushes and shadow costing competitor offerings and comparing to similar consumer targeted UL TBs.
Drive agility in landing innovations and building resilience within focus markets. The role require engagement with supply partners to widen the access to world class packaging options for toothbrush and to tap opportunities to setup future-fit capabilities.
Role needs good understanding of cost models and its analysis, project management skills and stake holder management. The role will include working closely with CM buyer, providing business critical inputs required for contracting and negotiations. Consistent engagement with R&D, Supply Chain and Marketing required to identify, align, and plan for delivery of key category priorities.
Prior experience in toothbrush manufacturing is an additional benefit for the role.
