Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab
- Mengikuti seluruh tahapan pelatihan untuk menguasai kompetensi yang diperlukan meliputi:
- Melaksanakan proses wawancara dan komunikasi dengan kandidat

- Melaksanakan negosiasi dengan kandidat

- Melakukan pencarian kandidat sesuai kebutuhan
- Menerapkan penggunaan sistem/perangkat kerja perekrutan
- Menerapkan penggunaan alat tes perekrutan
- Bertanggung jawab untuk pemenuhan kandidat sesuai dengan portofolio yang di tugaskan saat tahap pelatihan praktek kerja (on the job training).
