Job Description Summary:

As Production Execution Process Area:

1. Follow up if any ingredient/package/equipment are not complete/ready for production process and collaborate with other stake holder to ensure production execution smoothly.

2. Review weekly Master Production Schedule (MPS) to see obstacles/constraints on implementation to meet production requirements. If need can give approval if overtime is required and ensure production time (including overtime if any) is comply with laws and regulations.

3. Coordinate with production operators, planning, QSE and engineering to support production process and achieve production target.

4. Update metric related to production, include OEE, PDR and initiative to have discussion with other stakeholder to have support and input.

5. Support manager to achieve objectives of production area as well as plan & manage production budget/expenses.

6. Conduct Technical Review processes for all selected new product’s prototypes provided by commercialization team which is involving consultation with dry and liquid part team to get alignment on selection of packaging types, selection of production work-centre, combining or splitting some ingredients in a new product, ensuring production capability, determining proper pack-size, and conveying all concerns from production team to R&D via commercialization team.

7. Verify Bill of Material (BOM) kit configuration and provide feedback to Master Data Maintenance (MDM) creator if required include review the recipe, resource allocation, production site capability.

8. Create Standard Mixing Instruction (SMI) for production processes based on formula and SAP as well as ensure monitoring first production run smooth with validate actual pack size and propose changes to QSE team if required, review obstacles and determine improvement opportunities.

As Drive Quality Safety Environment Process Area:

1. Support implementation of KORE (quality, safety and environmental), halal and other adopted requirements (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, FSSC 22000, SMK3).

2. Report early and investigate root cause of issues/ non-conformance issues related to production to manager and/or other functions and log it into SAP or another system for tracking as well as follow up related CAPs

3. Ensure all production procedure and SWI are followed maintain as well as all records are complete and correct. Also have authority to stop production process when finding issue with safety/environment/quality. If need support to calculate material consumption, product yield and SAP input process.

As People Manager Process Area:

1. Support and improve team performance by build tracking, coaching, training to build multi-skill production operators to achieve business needs and update into any development platform available.

2. Track department objectives regularly.

3. Conduct monthly performance (PE) discussion and report into system accordingly as well help team for any barriers or obstacles

As Strategic Development Process Area:

1. Lead validation new manufacturing technology and lead CM process.
