Job Description
- Support in operations for member programs, LCM, tactical and segmented
- Support execution for all marketing communication to members via all available channels: EDM; apps push notif; Inbox; website; apps; printed collaterals
- Coordinate with internal for copywriting and design for KV.
- Before and after photo-shoot briefing with the design team and coordinate with Marketing/CRM
- Prepare all communication channels triggered and scheduled from Monthly EDM and Regular EDM (ongoing EDM)
- Prepare the Brief for all campaign and program
- Check the target and copy for EDM and HTML (testing for the EDM before blast)
- Draft for internal socialization
- Execute the JD Loyalty campaigns
- Prepare draft budgeting, and reporting for Point related campaigns
- Generate new ideas and drive continual optimization of marketing campaigns.
- Have relevant min. 2 years experience doing loyalty or Marketing, campaigns
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably in a technical subject connected to marketing or communications, but any field is accepted
- Effective marketing communication
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with internal stakeholders
- Prior experience in e-commerce marketing and/or campaign management will be a plus
- High attention to detail and strongly meticulous
- Strong project management and execution abilities
- Ability to be creative operationally and strategically
- Strong work ethics and performance-driven
- Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
