We strive to maintain a fair and competitive total compensation framework for Grab, and equip our people managers with appropriate and consistent compensation tools to attract, motivate and retain talent within their organisations.
Get to know the role:
We are looking for a Manager/Senior Manager, Sales Compensation to be involved in driving Grab’s sales compensation practices across the organisation. We believe that a successful candidate has a deep understanding of sales compensation and is able to translate his/her knowledge into practical and creative solutions to design and manage successful sales compensation schemes within the organisation. He/she should also have an understanding and be able to drive sales compensation programs based on an analytical approach balanced with independent judgment.
The day-to-day activities:
Set up and own a Group-wide sales compensation policy which will be consistently applied across the organisation
Partner and collaborate with business stakeholders, sales operations, finance, people operations and legal teams to design and execute sales compensation programs
Be the subject matter expert on all sales compensation matters with a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end sales process
Assist in the implementation and roll out of sales compensation programs
Set up scalable sales compensation programs and supporting system(s) for effective management of sales compensation payout across the Group
Conduct periodic reviews to assess effectiveness of sales compensation programs within the organisation
Continuously monitor emerging market trends and enhance scalability of sales compensation programs and system(s)
The Must haves:
Bachelor's in Human Resources, Finance, Statistics, Actuarial Science or other STEM disciplines
5-10 years of experience in Sales Operations or Sales Compensation roles, with a keen eye on operational excellence
Familiarity with sales compensation practices in technology companies will be a plus
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proficient in GSuite and Microsoft applications
Ability to work independently within a highly dynamic and ambiguous environment
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
