Role
We are looking for an IT Delivery Manager to join our team in Jakarta, to support our product, engineering, commercial, legal and business teams by coordinating company-wide efforts of product&service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage each project’s scope and timeline
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration across teams
- Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
- Help teams implement changes effectively
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
- Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it
- Drive consensus on priorities, manage pipeline of product opportunities
- Manage forward-looking product roadmap
- Can get deep into the details and understand product specifics
- Experience of SCRUM style product delivery in a startup environment
- Exposure to fintech and/or credit products in a financial services context
- Fluent English, Bahasa or any other major regional language a plus
- Extreme attention to detail
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills; strong problem-solving skills
- Enthusiastic and quick learner
- Can work unsupervised and prioritize & accomplish tasks accurately and on a timely basis
- Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field
- SCRUM master certification a plus
