- Analyse trends in compensation and benefits, and design and implement employee retention strategies.
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
- Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and on-boarding.
- Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the team
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources with 3+ years of experience in managing a team.
- Ideally coming from a Financial Services background.
- Professional level of Mandarin proficiency.
- Proven experience in handling end-to-end HR.
- Broad authority area in strategy development.
- HR as a Partner department.
