Job's Overall Mission:
The Beauty Consultant is the Dior Ambassador. She/he is to achieve one's sales targets while promoting the brand image and providing the highest standard of service to customers. As a member of Dior team, she/he represents the brand value towards the customers and demonstrates a Dior attitude at all times.
Job Description:
- Sell Dior products and provide a high standard of service to customers throughout the whole sale
- Achieve retail sales target on monthly basis
- Educate customers on Dior products and on the Dior brand
- Participate in counter merchandising maintenance according to corporate guidelines
- Monitor stock levels, report any issues to Counter Manager to ensure there is sufficient stock
- Conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks
- Respect corporate & counter rules (attendance, punctuality) and Dior grooming guidelines
- At least, senior high graduated or higher
- Maximum age 35 years old
- Having experience as Beauty Consultant/Beauty Advisor min. 3 years in reputable skin care/make up brands
- Having a full understanding in skin care and make up application, able to perform make up demo to customer
- Target oriented, good communication skill, fast learner, good team work
- Working in shifting hours and weekend
- Able to be placed at least in 1 city: Jakarta or Surabaya. Local people from each area will be prioritized
