- Understand CRM fundamental Process
- Experience create, execute, monitoring & reporting CRM process
- Experience on doing Consumer Retention Program
- Focusing in strategy and acquisition of new monthly/active user
- Run and monitor CRM campaign to address opportunities and issues as identified in the monthly reports
- Develop monthly CRM initiatives
- Develop special campaign based on specific business objectives
- Manage relationship with CRM partners and vendors
- CRM program coordination internally with other departments and externally with partners/vendors
- Male/Female, 23-35 years old
- Bachelor Degree preferably from Business Analyst/Management/Communication/Economy/Administration Business/Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field for this position
- Ideal background from e-commerce company
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, CRM value, Data Monitoring, Retention Plan CRM, Data Reading, Metrics Digital Marketing Measurement (CTR, Conversion Rate, Revenue, GMV)
- Willing to be placed in BSD, Tangerang

Orami’s strong community and distribution model aims to complement the omnichannel strategy offered by SIRCLO’s business line. Over the years, SIRCLO’s diversified solutions were all created to help the company achieve its purpose in becoming Indonesia’s end-to-end e-commerce enabler for brands to reach a wider market through various digital selling channels.
