You will...
- Perform C&B analysis: such as salary, bonus, sales incentive, etc
- Responsible for salary survey and benefit survey, currently we are using Mercer
- Responsible for job evaluation, in L'Oreal we use Tower Watson
- Responsible all Policies in Reward, ensure the Policy is with our C&B
- Responsible for benefit, ensure our benefit is competitive with Market
- Responsible for all of reward budget
- Responsible for activities event for Reward and benefit
- Responsible to handle HR Retail Outsourcing Management
- Minimum a Bachelor Degree from top tier university
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical thinking skills, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proficient data analytic skills
- Having at least 3-5 years of experience as rewards / compensation benefit
- Able to work within fast-paced environment
