Job responsibilities:
- Develop solid brand and campaign strategies to build positive emotional connection to make SATURDAYS a top of mind eyewear lifestyle brand in Indonesia
- Gather market data, consumer insights and competitive analysis to continuously refine SATURDAYS brand positioning to resonate strongly with our customers
- Lead the marketing team to achieve OKRs which include building brand awareness, growing online sales, driving instore traffic in a cost efficient way
- Engage with other division heads and provide strategic recommendation based on data insights to optimize sales conversion from multiple channels
- Oversee the development of fresh campaigns from idea creation to execution to deliver high quality output (or virality) that is reflective of the brand
- Set up guidelines and sharpen SATURDAYS brand presence for all key channels – Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, KOL Partnership, Retail stores – so that all campaigns drive a commercially successful outcome to grow brand awareness and long-term sustainable sales.
- Growth mindset
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or any related major, Master degree is preferable
- At least 5 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or any relevant field and 3 years of experience in leadership position or managing team
- Deep consumer understanding as well as strong analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced working environment and lead agile cross functional teams
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa
