Role Summary: Responsible for the process design, operation and implementation
Responsibilities:

To plan, coordinate and manage all mechanical maintenance activities.
Ensure all preventive maintenance for key machines and associated auxiliaries are carried out as scheduled.
To plan and arrange required tools, equipment, manpower and spares for efficient maintenance of plant.
To provide weekly & monthly reports and collect data for performance monitoring of equipment and record keeping.
Provide fast response to breakdowns without compromising work quality and safety at all times.
Provide inputs for end year budgeting and machine enhancement/upgrading.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
Have 6-12 year(s) of working experience in the related field is a must for this position.
Preferably Senior Staff specializing in Mechanical or equivalent.
Willing to work in Dumai (Riau) or Balikpapan (Kalimantan).
